Mohowa will process your refund according to the following refund types:
1. Refunds from canceled orders- Refund is automatically triggered once cancelation has been successfully processed.
2. Refunds from returns -Refund is processed after Mohowa has done the quality evaluation of the returned item.
For items shipped directly by sellers, return/refund requests will be evaluated by the seller. Return to Mohowa Warehouse - The return/refund request will be evaluated by Mohowa. For return requests, the buyer can hand over the return item (either through drop-off or pickup) right after submitting the request.
Conditions for Returns
If there is still no response after 5 working days, your Return Request will be auto approved, and you are required to drop off the item to be delivered to seller.
I. Is there a fee when returning an item? No, returning items is FREE of charge! Simply present your Return Tracking Number (generated after submitting your request or after you select a shipment method) at the return partner's branch and you'll be able to send back your item to us for free.
The shipping fee is refunded depending on the reason for the return or cancellation. In the following cases the shipping fee will be refunded: Seller cancels the order.
How can I track my Mohowa return?
Look for Orders and Reviews in the Taskbar and click Return Orders.
Track your Return Orders by going to Return to Mohowa Warehouse.
Select Return to Buyer/Seller/Mohowa to Warehouse to view status of return packages.
Filter the return items by Logistic status.
For example, if you used a credit card to purchase the item, Mohowa will take 3 – 5 working days for the refund to be processed to your card. Then, it would take another 5 – 15 working days for the bank to process the said refund and reflect it in your statement.
